Better by Design

The idea wasn’t simply to build another trailer, but to provide customers with a better performing, longer lasting piece of equipment. ALLPRO Dump trailers offer some important differences including the low profile design that reduces deck height to 24” enabling easier, safer loading and unloading  of equipment. This design also allows a higher side wall height of 28” for increased load capacity while keeping the overall height low enough for  easy, over-the-side loading by hand. In addition to the lower deck height, other important differences include a high-quality dump truck style body, a rigid rectangular tube frame, a heavy-duty hydraulic hoist, and a durable powder coated finish. Our focus on innovation and craftsmanship is what makes our dump trailer safe, easy to use, and durable.

Lift is achieved by using single or twin hydraulic cylinders, a scissors hoist is also used in many applications.

With the  between the fenders construction our low profile dump trailer will load most mini and medium sized skid steers, track hoes, excavators and tractors and other construction equipment. This is extremely useful in today’s environment as this cuts down on overhead costs such as insurance, labor and transportation, for the price of one dump truck you can purchase 7 to 14 of our DT7147T48 and then stage them at your job sites.

1. This warranty is not a statement of fitness or merchantability. ALLPRO TRAILERS does not offer any warranty of fitness or merchantability for any particular use or application of any trailer or part.
2. Customer must present original purchase receipt or invoice to ALLPRO TRAILERS OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALER for any WARRANTY consideration.
3. Warranty is not transferable.
4. No warranty against rust or rust through of paint and no warranty against scratches or dents at time of purchase or anytime there after.

EXCLUSIONS

Warranty shall not extend to:

1. Equipment that has been modified, repaired, or altered in any fashion by anyone.
2. Unreasonable use, including failure of purchaser or user to provide reasonable and necessary care and maintenance.
3. Improper loading or subjecting trailers to load weights in excess of its capacity.
4. Tires, axles, axle assemblies, suspension components, couplers, safety chains, or any other equipment or component, which is warranted separately by the respective manufactures of, said components.
5. Any consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty expressed or implied whatsoever. Repair or replacement under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy to the purchaser or any one else.
6. Parts not supplied by ALLPRO TRAILERS.
7. Any parts which require replacement or maintenance in the ordinary use due to normal wear such as. Brake parts, seals, hinges etc. and bearings carry no warranty at all of any kind.
8. No warranty against rust or rust through of paint and no warranty against scratches or dents at time of purchase. No warranty against axle bending for any reason.

REMEDIES

1. The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts, which in the sole opinion of ALLPRO TRAILERS is defective of materials or workmanship.
2. This obligation does not extend to reimbursement for freight, loss of use, loss of income or any other damages incurred by purchaser or any agent, or representative of purchaser.
   1. It is purchaser’s responsibility to return trailer to ALLPRO TRAILERS at 10839 North Main St. Jacksonville Fla. 32218 for any warranty considerations or repairs. No Freight reimbursements are offered by Imperial Trailers or its dealers to return trailer to dealer of plant for warranty consideration.
   2. ALLPRO TRAILERS may at its discretion ship parts to affect warranty repairs but does not agree in advance to pay any repair labor for any reason.
3. There may also be additional warranty provided on particular components manufactured by others such as couplers, axles, tires, but ALLPRO TRAILERS “DOES NOT ASSUME” any liability responsibility to fulfill such warranty in any expressed or written form.
4. Any and all disputes legal or otherwise must be arbitrated, tried or otherwise handled or disposed of in Duval County Florida.

With almost 20 years experience we have found double barn style rear doors to be the most universal but we also off two way, three way and also a special grain door for farmers needing to distribute grain or feed.

Our heavy duty dump trailers are built in sizes ranging from 8 x 14 to 8 x 20 for pulling with medium duty trucks, dump trucks, or Semis, with options up to 8 x 30 feet.

We have been involved in this type of trailer to the degree that we also manufacture many of our scissor hoists using custom welded hydraulic cylinders that are equipped with grease fittings at both ends for extended life.

Besides our own hoist we also use Rugby, Colt, Venco-Ventura, and Omaha Standard, depending on applications.

Our 8 x 20 x 8 foot high solid wall dump is especially useful for high volume needs like brush and debris cleanup from or hurricanes or tornadoes. This trailer has also found its way into applications such as mulch delivery, aluminum can collection and food waste collection and storage.

Power options range from 12v  to 24 volt electrical SPX FENNER and Monarch hydraulics to gas or diesel power units with Honda, Subaru Robin and Kubota engines. Wetline kits that use a P.T.O. driven hydraulic pump are also available.

Brake options include electric trailer brakes, electric over hydraulic drum or disc brakes and also air brakes.

Axle sizes range from 10,000 GVWR dual tandem right on up to 22,500 lb ABS air brake axles with 8 or 10 bolt dual tandem wheels.
